Use boundaries

Useful because it is
honest about limits.

These plain-language terms explain what the WaterMill Cove companion represents, what it does not, and where authoritative records remain.

Using the companion means using each linked system for its intended purpose.

01

Guide, not a guarantee

The companion organizes public information and links. Weather, availability, pricing, schedules, operating status, access instructions, and provider terms can change and remain authoritative at their cited source.

02

Not an emergency service

Do not use Cove or the help-request form for emergencies. Call 911 first for immediate danger, fire, suspected gas leak, serious injury, or a life-threatening event.

03

Separate transactions

Bookings, purchases, rentals, agreements, payments, and other transactions occur in linked official systems. Their final terms govern those transactions.

04

AI boundary

Cove is constrained to approved public facts and may decline to answer. Verify consequential details with the official source or resort staff.

05

Referral disclosure

Some Lake123 paths may be pilot referral relationships. A tracked click is not proof of a booking, commission, payout, endorsement, or partnership unless the card and later reconciliation evidence say so.

06

Appropriate use

Do not misuse forms, attempt to access manager information without authorization, interfere with the service, submit harmful content, or include sensitive personal information in a public request.

Open the regional guide, see how referrals are credited, or preview the reservation-bound Stay Pass connection. Private guest access is never shared through these public links.

Referral paths can record credit. A click is not a booking, commission, or payout until approved conversion evidence is reconciled.
